What are Integration & Automation tools?
Do you have multiple software systems that do not 'talk' to each other? Integration platforms like Zapier, Power Automate and Make provide the glue between these systems. Here are some common examples of how these systems work:
- When a customer fills in your website contact form then add their details to your email newsletter system or CRM system
- When a deal proceeds to a certain stage then populate your quote system with a client's contact details
