When someone nearby searches for what you do, you want to be the business they find first and the one they trust enough to call. That comes down to two things: showing up in Google's local search, and having the reviews to back you up.

How it works
1. Triggered by your system
When a job, project or matter is marked complete in your job or project management system, a review request gets sent out automatically.
2. A message they actually open
Your customer gets a personalised text message with a photo of your team. It's personalised with their name and your team's photo, so it feels like it comes from you, which makes it far more likely to be opened.
3. A friendly follow-up
If they haven't clicked the review link within two days, one polite reminder goes out. Plenty of people mean to leave a review and simply get busy. This catches them.
Why a text message?
Most people read a text soon after it arrives. An email asking for a review is easy to miss or put off. A link in your invoice or email signature is even more passive, because it waits to be noticed instead of asking. Asking directly, then reminding once, improves your chances of getting the review.
